Dynamics 365 Support Analyst (100%)
Based in Amsterdam, Reporting to the Business Applications Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our ICT team. Reporting to the Business Applications Coordinator , and working closely with teams from across the organization (HR, Finance, Logistics, Operations), Project implementation teams, the objective of this role is to provide technical and functional support in the areas of Dynamics ERP systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access and training.
In close association with 3rd party MS Dynamics implementation teams (both onshore and offshore), this role will provide business user and systems support along with project execution for activities relating to the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. You are expected to act as a bridge between the third party implementation vendors & in-house implementation team, the ICT team and end-users.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
Ensuring end-user concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
L1 Support, functional support for Dynamics ERP
Incident Management (including access issues, user management, security protocols)
Categorizing tickets logged by users, and channelling them to further resolutions as necessary
Functional guidance, navigation training for new users
Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications
Assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the organization
Troubleshoot application software and database problems on a timely basis;
Work as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions;
Maintain liaisons with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP issues
Work with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements
Develop and present training materials for end users - Continually enhance the ERP user experience by using tools such as SharePoint, news feeds and hands-on training or knowledge sharing sessions
Contribute to ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with other mobile and cloud apps
Het profiel / Your profile
Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
3+ years of demonstrated experience of ERP application support (Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365) - Broad modular exposure
Problem-solving skills, drive to do things the right way and ability to prioritize/triage constantly evolving user needs.
Experience in an international environment

Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles
Experience with reporting and analytic applications from the Technical support perspective (application support, object definitions, end-user support, etc.)
Customer service minded and solutions oriented - Able to work in a support team environment
Ability to work with a wide variety of problems and personalities
Ability to work with limited supervision
3+ years of experience in setting supporting database and database applications, Microsoft SQL preferred
Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint (Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications)
Knowledge and/or experience of Dynamics CRM is a bonus
Het aanbod / The offer
A challenging and exciting position in an international environment.
A contract for one year with a renewal option (subject to satisfactory performance) based on a fulltime appointment (40 hours/week).
A gross monthly salary scale 6 between € 2,737 and € 3,909, depending on professional experience for this position, based on a fulltime appointment.
