Category Marketing Manager
To support the infant todler (IFT) future business growth, we are looking to hire for the position of International Marketing Manager, Growth Markets. IFT Growth Markets covers Singapore, Greece, Russia, Nigeria, Middle East, Mexico, Philippines and Export countries. The infant todler portfolio in these markets consist of both premium IFT brand (Friso), mainstream brand (Peak), and economy brand (My Boy).

In this role you can enrich your marketing experience across diverse markets. This includes defending existing market leadership and building strong challengers. This role requires cross functional cooperation and offers great opportunities to work closely with various country marketers in marketing implementation.
Supporting Country"s marketing execution
Support Limited Distributor Risk model
Support the Business director (Growth markets) in monthly business reviews; highlight potential issues and opportunities of market/business trends prior to calls
Conduct separate reviews of marketing KPIs prior to monthly business reviews to deep dive key marketing operation issues / market trends/country portfolio development
Support Global marketing team in the development of category innovation strategy to ensure assigned countries" needs are reflected (Category issues/opportunities/ competitive environment / regulatory)
Monitor Marketing Plan Execution in Accordance to Agreement and Spending
Support the roll out of global product marketing initiatives in the countries including campaign and product packaging adaptation.
Review country marketing plan to ensure compliance as approved by with Business Director. (Opcos remain accountable for the execution of their in-market marketing strategy)
Ensure the approval of key briefs, materials, plans as per existing Way of Working/Business Process to ensure global consistency is maintained while meeting local needs
Motivate Frisco country marketing team and address constructively country issues together
Create synergy and sharing of best practice to countries and channel to global marketing team.
Support Global marketing Strategies and initiatives
Global Product Development for assigned products (non-Specialty)
Support Global Marketing Director, IFT for product concept/packaging development & validation in key markets
Ensure relevant cross functional stakeholder management to ensure NPD are well executed OTIF and follow the NPD process /documentation
Develop and update business financial case to justify the product innovation
Global Consumer Marketing Tool kit for assigned global product (including Specialty)
Support Global Medical Marketing Director for campaign development & production of assigned global product communication
Ensure campaign development are approved by relevant stakeholders like Global Medical Marketing Director, Corporate RA, R&D
Campaign development budget management
Het profiel / Your profile
Min. Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. MBA preferred
Min 10 years in relevant CPG marketing and sales with demonstrated record of achievement and advancement. Experience in both country marketing and regional marketing required
Good demonstration in developing insights & marketing strategy development. Able to translate the assigned strategies into good implementation
Have the skills and appreciation of digital marketing and able to integrate into overall campaign development
Good grasp of P/L and budget development and analysis to drive decision
Good project management for marketing toolkits; planning, organizing stakeholders" management
Willingness to travel
Strong marketing in Europe preferred with exposure to global project preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to be effective across cultural teams

Our compensation benefits for this position will be the following:
Depending on your experience and training, a fulltime salary of €75.000 to €95.000 per year, including 8% holiday allowance;
Fulltime work week of 40 hours per week;
25 days of leave per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days per year;
An additional short-term incentive plan (Bonus) of 12,5% (at target);
Extensive collective insurance package.
